Register as a Student
To register as a student we will need:
- Your full name
- A valid email address
- Address
- Telephone
- Mobile
Optional: If you have already received your DSA2 letter from the funding body, you can upload the DSA2 letter and enter your CRN (Customer reference number) assigned by the funding body.
Optional:
- Emergency contact (next of kin).
- Additional information.
Your registration will be reviewed by one of our Non-medical help officers, who will create your account and send you a welcome email. This email will provide account details which will allow you to log into your account.
Register as a Support Worker
To register as a support worker you will need:
- Your full name
- A valid email address
- Contact telephone
- Address
- Telephone
- Mobile
- National Insurance Number
- Date of birth
- Bank details
- Declare your citizenship
- Declare criminal convictions
- Emergency contact (next of kin)
- Preferred work location (County/City/Town)
We also require the following documents to process your application. Don't worry if you do not have all of them, you can send them later. However, uploading them here will speed up the application process.
- Passport
- P45 / P46
- Passport style photo
- A letter with your address on it
- Driving licence (if held)
- Qualifications
- References
